  • Pizza Dough
  • Genoa Salami
  • Ham
  • Pepperoni
  • Provolone
  • Mozzarella
  • Egg Yolk
  • Olive Oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Flour a work surface and roll the dough out into a rectangle.
  2. Start layering the meat in the center, leaving an inch or two along the edges. Add provolone and mozzarella. I used chunks of mozzarella but grated would probably work fine too.
  3. Combine the egg yolk with a couple tablespoons of water and brush the egg wash around the edges. It’ll help the dough stick together when you roll it up.
  4. Starting along one long edge, gently roll it up.
  5. Pinch the edges together to seal it. Tuck the ends under and pinch them together.
  6. Place it on a baking sheet, seam side down. Coat the top and sides with a little olive oil. You could sprinkle it with a little granulated garlic if you like.
  7. Bake at 400 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Cut it into slices.Serve with sauce alongside.

  1. These could be good

  2. Hi.

  8. I make these usually 1-2 times a month really good eats … and its easy enough to get creative with and throw in other meats and veggies even add a different cheese

  9. Just made this tonite. A lot of recipes say their quick and easy but aren’t this one definitely is. We love it and I will be making this quite often from now on.

  13. My mom used to make stromboli all the time for my siblings and I growing up. She hasn’t made it in forever now that we’re all adults and have moved out. I’m going to have to convince her to try this recipe next time I’m in town! Thanks for sharing!

  14. Can this recipe be put together earlier and baked later? Will the dough and everything last or will it harden? I want to make this for a party but don’t want a ton of prep work (because we are doing all kinds of other things too). Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

  15. How many servings will I get from one
