  1. I’m confused, do you bake it? microwave it? what are the instructions after you mix the ingredients?

  2. Just blend all ingredients together. I added the chocolate chips after I blended the rest if it. You put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. It’s really good but very rich.

  3. My son in law has a sweet tooth. This would be perfect. What size cup does one use? The one pictured looks wider and deep.

  4. I love this! Our oven stopped working yesterday and I needed something sweet. My only tweak is no salt and I love it!

  5. just made this….. tastes delish

  6. 2 minutes was way too long to cook the cookie, it made mine chewy and burnt.

  7. Made this tonight and it was lovely xox

  8. Don’t be afraid if yours looks a bit curdled

  9. This recipe is flitterific!!!

  10. I just tried this recipe a moment ago. The way I put it together is like any other homemade cookie recipe.

Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
Mix in egg and vanilla until incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients a little at a time into butter/sugar mixture.
    Fold in chocolate chips.

The bowls I used seemed to be too wide for the dough and I was afraid I would have very dry edges, so I poured the dough into ramekins. When I microwaved the cookie dough for 2 minutes, I noticed the dough rose pretty high about 2 inches (the ramekins were too small) and kind of went over the edges BUT it didn’t slop everywhere. It just looked like a muffin haha!

The taste though was, ok. It was dense as a muffin but I found myself having to pour milk over the dessert because it was so dry. It gets even dryer as you eat your way down. I personally feel it needs a little more brown sugar, and a little less flour. But again, you really shouldn’t have a high expectation for this cookie because it is being microwaved (where it heats foods unevenly-but conveniently hehe)

So if your DYING for a cookie this would be 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

  11. Horrible I wouldn’t try it ever again
